We offer a large variety of payment methods. You may pay rent through our resident portal with your bank account or by credit/debit card. You can even set up autopay. There is also an option to pay cash at convenient locations in town such as Walmart, CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar or Kroger.
Water and trash service are included in the rent.

You can call our office or communicate with us through the resident portal. The same portal where you make payments has an option to submit a maintenance ticket or communicate other issues.
